Our quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.

All payments shall be cleared within Fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice issuing.

Be advised that late payment interest may be applied if we do not receive payment within 14 days.

ATTENDANCE - If for any reason the photographer is unable to complete the coverage, the photographer reserves the right to appoint another photographer to attend on his/her behalf to undertake the photography in their place.

IMAGE SIZE, COLOUR, STYLE AND COMPOSITION - All image sizes are approximate. The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. It is sometimes not possible to record on camera or in print the exact colour as seen by the human eye. There is no right to reject on the bases of style or composition. Photography editing styles may be subject to change.

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY - The photographer and ENTOURAGE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of information communicated to them in confidence for the purpose of the photography, save as may be reasonably necessary to enable the photographer or ENTOURAGE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY to carry out their obligations in relation to the commission.

QUOTES AND PROPOSALS - If a fee has been quoted on the basis of completion of the commission, it is understood that the figure quoted is an estimate, and accordingly Entourage Event Photography reserves the right to charge for all work done, including incurred expenses, if for any reason, the work commissioned takes longer than the time originally anticipated at the date of the estimate. Additional hours outside of quote or brief supplied will be charged at MYR250 per hour.

RETENTION OF TITLE - The Photographer reserve the right to retain all the Clients materials in his possession until all payment owed to ‘’The Photographer’’ means Entourage Event Photography have been paid in full. Furthermore, the license to reproduce images created by the Photographer will also be revoked until payment has been made. 

REPRESENTATION - The Client shall ensure that there is an authorised representative present at the assignment to ensure the correctness of the photographer’s interpretation of the Clients brief. In the event of no Client representation, the photographer’s interpretation of the brief shall be deemed as correct.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES - The supply of products and services are provided by the Photographer on a best endeavours basis. The Photographer will not be liable for delays that are beyond his reasonable control. The Photographer shall use reasonable endeavours to meet agreed deadlines where applicable. The Photographer shall not be liable for any delays in meeting any of his obligations which were due to causes beyond his reasonable control including but not limited to; postage/courier/lab delays, war/acts of terrorism, riots, government legislation, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, floods, fire, loss or damage in transit ect.

ARCHIVING DIGITAL FILES - While the Photographer may choose to archive the Image(s), it is the Client’s responsibility to properly store and archive the Image(s) for the duration of the term of license. The Photographer cannot guarantee the availability of any Image(s) beyond the date of first delivery to the Client.
